Missing part
Just received a Beldray standing fan...paid for special delivery to have it delivered today..has arrived with a missing piece and therefore is unsafe to operate !
Hugely disappointed...big mistake to order such a gadget from a company which usually deals in stationary and toys.

Never ever again
I ordered item which i need it as soon as possible. I used online website to check the stock it showed me in shop near me so I have ordered it thinking it will be the day or max next to to collect it. The same product was on amazon £5 cheaper but delivery was within 3 days. So i decided to go with the works as it showed click and collect and in stock . After i placed the order it showed that it will be up to 3 working days. I went to store after 2 working days to check it as I had no update and i have been told it will take up to 5 working days. So i was nit happy at all as i need the item asap and i could have it from amazon even cheaper and only one day later than it should have been from the shop collection and now it delayed even more.I wish I had never placed the order with them so disappointed. Never ever again

This store has no idea what arts and crafts is all about.
I was looking for stencils of flowers and leaves and their idea of stencils are number stencils and that's all they had. It was pathetic
Get your head out of the box and get real with the arts and crafts.

Brought a set of books from the store and very rude staff
Tried to make a complaint online only to be told they will message within 1 week and they never did
My complaint was ignored
Not packaged and cared for delivery
I received my order and it was thrown in a box not packed properly and not even anything to hold the parcel together except for some crappy tape which was pointless. Not happy at all

Aweful company, sent for sketch books of various sizes from a5 to a3 sent in a 86x63x7 cm box nothing secured just left to tumble about in the box to destroy the 2 a5 sketch books, the last time I use this company shocking, no reply from emails and when on call waiting just cuts you off.

Paid for next day delivery, not received
Paid for next day delivery as I needed it next day. Order confirmed as next day by email.
The order hasn't arrived and when checking online I see that the delivery has shipped on a whenever basis and my delivery fee has been refunded.
No communication at all, very poor as the late delivery makes the whole order worthless.

Visited the Staines store over the weekend and was served by Wilma. What amazing customer service. Wilma, helped me ensure I had everything I needed and was very polite.

Above & Beyond - Great Service
Would really recommend this company. I have used them before and have been impressed with their communication and service, likewise the quality and value of the goods supplied. I ordered a puzzle back in April and have only just gotten round to completing it, only to discover a piece missing. I contacted the company and received an immediate reply and a refund for the item. Brilliant Service .
Incomplete item. No response from company.
Item received was not as described in advert with 2 key parts of the bundle missing. I have sent 3 emails to the company about this, but not even the courtesy of a response.
Their attitude to Customer Service is a disgrace and is in itself a good reason never to trust them with an order again.
I imagine my only solution will be to contact my credit card company and ask for a refund for an item not as described. That shouldn't be necessary with an honest and fair company that meets normal standards of dealing with issues when things do inevitably sometimes go wrong.
